Subscription-based services include our managed mail servers, application servers, ongoing maintenance plans, hosting services, and any other service billed on a recurring basis. For these services, we maintain a customer-friendly refund approach to ensure your satisfaction.
All subscription-based services offered by Minidev.co come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our subscription service for any valid reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of the amount paid. To initiate this process, you must contact our customer support team before the 30-day period expires and clearly explain the issues you have encountered. We take each refund request seriously and will work diligently to address your concerns before processing the refund.
For subscription cancellations after the initial 30-day period, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Your service will remain active until the end of your paid billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting our support team to prevent automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
If you have purchased an annual subscription at a discounted rate and wish to cancel before the year is complete, we do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription. The discounted annual rate is provided with the understanding that you are committing to a full year of service. However, in cases of significant service disruption or inability to meet the agreed service level agreements, Minidev.co may consider partial refunds at our discretion.
One-time purchase services include custom software development, website design and development, application development, and similar project-based services that are not billed on a recurring basis. Due to the custom nature of these services, our refund policy reflects the significant resources allocated to these projects.
Refunds for one-time purchase services are provided only when Minidev.co is unable to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables or cannot resolve technical issues despite reasonable attempts to do so. We recognize that custom development may occasionally face unforeseen challenges, and we are committed to working through these situations fairly.
When a refund is requested for a one-time purchase service, Minidev.co will conduct a thorough review of the project status, delivered work, and unresolved issues. This assessment will determine whether a full refund, partial refund, or no refund is warranted based on the proportion of completed work, resources invested, and the nature of any unresolved issues.
In many cases, when substantial work has been completed but certain aspects of the project cannot be successfully delivered, Minidev.co may offer a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the project that could not be successfully completed or the specific features that could not be implemented as promised, as determined by Minidev.co.
For large projects where payment is structured in installments, our refund policy applies to each payment phase separately, recognizing the progressive nature of development work.
Each installment payment typically corresponds to a specific phase or milestone of the project. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the deliverables associated with the most recent payment phase. Previous phases that have been completed, delivered, and approved are generally not eligible for refunds.
If Minidev.co determines that critical issues within the current development phase cannot be resolved despite our best efforts, a refund may be issued for the corresponding installment payment. This determination will be made after thorough technical evaluation and good-faith attempts to resolve the issues.
In the event that a project must be terminated before completion due to circumstances beyond the control of either party or by mutual agreement, Minidev.co will calculate a fair settlement amount. This may include partial refunds for work not yet completed, less any non-recoverable costs incurred by Minidev.co.
Certain circumstances fall outside the scope of our refund policy. These include services where the client has received substantial benefit from the work completed, changes in project requirements after work has commenced, or situations where the client has contributed to project delays or complications.
Domain registration fees, third-party software licenses, and services provided by external vendors through Minidev.co are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in resolving any issues with these third-party services.
Refunds may not be issued if project delays or issues arise from the client's failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or resources in a timely manner. Similarly, refunds are not typically provided for changes requested after the agreed-upon specifications have been finalized and work has begun.
To request a refund, clients must follow a structured process to ensure their request is properly evaluated and processed in a timely manner.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@minidev.co. Your request should include your account information, details of the purchase, the reason for requesting a refund, and any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request. For technical issues, please include specific error messages, screenshots, or a detailed description of the problem.
Minidev.co will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within two business days. We aim to complete our review and make a determination within ten business days from the date of acknowledgment. Complex cases may require additional time for thorough evaluation.
Once a decision has been made regarding your refund request, we will notify you in writing of the outcome.
